Each estate will have approximately 4.4 acres of privacy along with an original ultra-contemporary design; strategically avoiding the “cookie cutter” look that will further redefine the current demographics of this North Scottsdale area.
Above and below are a few concepts that will be incorporated into each estate providing top of the line luxury, security and convenience.

The Unknown Masterpiece by Pablo Picasso
To understand the depth created from a true artist, like Picasso, which re-defined reality. His life and story that he told through his art can be applied to not only what he saw, but the world we see around us today. Picasso created Cubism turned that to Modern and that art then became Futurism.
This inspired the dreamers to chase their dreams, and make it a reality; to be original, set apart, and to create what hasn’t existed yet.
The question; “What makes Picasso so valuable” has to be answered. Picasso has maintained some of the highest record auction sales to date.
The most known work “Guernica” a controversy that took the headlines and became the talk of the art market the second the art community laid eyes on it. A piece that Picasso said himself; “That this would be a painting with symbolic meaning and one of the keys to the discovery of ‘The Unknown Masterpiece’.”
The “Unknown Masterpiece” is being reviewed at this time and currently taking bids.
